It is a proposal for a gas station on Broad/25th/26th/Cowart. The case is in the Urban General Commercial (UGC) zone and Planning Commission ignored the guidelines and intent of the urban zone. The UGC is one of our 3 urban zones, adopted in 2007, still fairly new--this will be its first use in new construction.
