I was under the impression that EPB and TVA have stepped up to the plate and are working for conservation. They have free energy audits, Green Power Switch, etc. Why should they offer LESS in Energy Conservation packages now than they did…

TVA Packages - Can We Restart This Program?
hen I was a Realtor 1985-1992, TVA/EPB were providing something called TVA packages. TVA Package 1 was approximately $3000 in energy efficiency updating (insulation, windows, etc). It was no interest, added to electric bill and usually cost a person approximately $9 per month and was more than made up for in savings. When I was a Realtor 1985-1992, TVA/EPB were providing something called TVA packages. TVA Package 1 was approximately $3000 in energy efficiency updating (insulation, windows, etc).
