Drugs for sale?

I'm new here. Is this mostly about selling drugs? Been there, done that! But am trying to find out about recycling at present. I have about a ton of plastic that I wish to keep out of the land fill. I thought I was on the website of Rivercity recycling. That's where I started. First question: "the pounds per person used" in the above article: is that per week? Month? or year? Also I have maybe a ton of plastic that I would like to keep out of the land fill. What can I do with it? I used to sell it into Knoxville…
