The Olympic tram, an all-electric people mover first used in the 1996
Olympic Village in Atlanta, has been given a new life, with the largest
battery in Chattanooga. The Parks Foundation is our partner in making the
historic 30-passenger vehicle available for use on parks, public spaces and
at special event. Chattanooga State's automotive technology and body center
has helped with the refurbishing.
